CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital – Texarkana
CHRISTUS St. Michael is a 312-bed acute-care hospital serving the Texarkana area. Established in 1916 by the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, the facility is a regional destination for a wide range of medical care. Texarkana is a great city, straddling a state line that can share the greatest assets of two states…Texas & Arkansas! Set in the beautiful forest and lake-filled corner of northeast Texas.
Texarkana is a place you come to “Cross the Line” because there is just “two” much to do. Stand on both sides of the Texas/Arkansas state line, see a Broadway show, have a gourmet meal and drive to the only diamond mine in the world that is open to the public. All in one day! Excellent for outdoor activities like golfing, hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking. Public and private schools offer ample education opportunities, three institutions of higher learning.
But those who know Texarkana best, simply say we are TWICE AS NICE!
