This is a group practice with over 360 providers. They offer a buy-in to the practice after three years which allows you to participate in their Ancillary Services Bonus and Real Estate opportunities. The buy-in cost is very reasonable. • 15k Sign-on Bonus
• Base Salary with full benefits and productivity bonuses for year one: Full productivity plan year two and beyond
