- ACLS and BLS required
- Average of 20 patients per day per provider, mix of outpatient (80%) and inpatient (20%)
- EGD, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, & PEG tube placement required, no critical care or codes
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
